74.75 kWp solar PV system at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Clementi, Singapore. Low-tilt deck-mounted array. Commissioned 2023.

Rezeca Renewables installed a 74.75 kWp solar PV system at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Clementi, Singapore, commissioned in 2023.

Rather than a pitched roof, this installation uses a low-tilt array mounted on a concrete deck, visible in the photograph, angled to capture optimal sunlight across an open campus space. Ground and deck-mounted systems like this suit institutional sites with large flat areas and give easy access for cleaning and maintenance.

At 74.75 kWp, the system generates an estimated 93,000 kWh of clean electricity a year for campus use, with any surplus exported under Singapore's Simplified Credit Treatment (SCT) scheme. On a polytechnic campus, a system like this also doubles as a visible teaching and sustainability asset.

The installation was completed by Rezeca's in-house team of solar engineers and WSH-certified installers, with all electrical work endorsed by a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) and registered with SP Group. Rezeca has installed solar across Singapore since 2009, with more than 1,500 installations and 45+ MWp to date.
