241.28 kWp commercial solar PV system on an industrial facility at Kian Teck Way, Jurong, Singapore. Metal roof. Commissioned 2024.

Rezeca Renewables installed a 241.28 kWp solar PV system on an industrial facility at Kian Teck Way, in Singapore's Jurong industrial district. The system was commissioned in 2024.

As the aerial photograph shows, the panels are arranged in blocks that work around the roof's many vents, turbine extractors and skylights, capturing the available roof area without obstructing building services. The metal roof takes a non-penetrative mounting system that keeps it watertight.

At 241.28 kWp, the system generates an estimated 301,000 kWh of clean electricity a year, offsetting a significant part of the facility's daytime load. Surplus generation is exported under Singapore's Simplified Credit Treatment (SCT) scheme.

The installation was completed by Rezeca's in-house team of solar engineers and WSH-certified installers, with all electrical work endorsed by a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) and registered with SP Group. Rezeca has installed solar across Singapore since 2009, with more than 1,500 installations and 45+ MWp to date.
