1.23 MWp commercial solar PV system across a waterfront industrial facility at Pandan Crescent, Singapore. Multi-shed metal roofs. Commissioned 2023.

Rezeca Renewables installed a 1.23 MWp solar PV system across a waterfront industrial facility at Pandan Crescent, in Singapore's western marine and industrial district. The system was commissioned in 2023.

This is one of the larger systems in Rezeca's portfolio. As the aerial photograph shows, the panels span the metal roofs of multiple parallel sheds beside the shipyard, with each long roof bay carrying continuous rows of modules. Designing across many roof planes and service penetrations called for careful layout and string engineering to maximise yield.

At 1.23 MWp, the system generates an estimated 1.5 million kWh of clean electricity a year, offsetting a substantial portion of the facility's industrial load. Surplus generation is exported under Singapore's Simplified Credit Treatment (SCT) scheme.

The installation was completed by Rezeca's in-house team of solar engineers and WSH-certified installers, with all electrical work endorsed by a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) and registered with SP Group. Rezeca has installed solar across Singapore since 2009, with more than 1,500 installations and 45+ MWp to date.
