Rezeca Renewables installed a 400.40 kWp solar PV system on an industrial facility at Tuas Avenue, in Singapore's western industrial district. The system was commissioned in 2023.
The long, gently pitched metal roof let our engineers lay the array in continuous parallel rows running the length of the building, as seen in the photograph, oriented to capture even, all-day sunlight. A clamp-on mounting system fixes the panels to the standing seam roof with no penetration, protecting the roof's waterproofing.
At 400.40 kWp, the system generates an estimated 500,000 kWh of clean electricity a year, offsetting a large share of the facility's daytime operating load. Surplus generation is exported to the grid under Singapore's Simplified Credit Treatment (SCT) scheme.

The installation was completed by Rezeca's in-house team of solar engineers and WSH-certified installers, with all electrical work endorsed by a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) and registered with SP Group. Rezeca has installed solar across Singapore since 2009, with more than 1,500 installations and 45+ MWp to date.
