257.40 kWp commercial solar PV system on an industrial warehouse at Tuas South Street, Singapore. Metal roof, dual-slope rows. Commissioned 2022.

Rezeca Renewables installed a 257.40 kWp solar PV system on an industrial warehouse at Tuas South Street, in Singapore's western industrial district. The system was commissioned in 2022.

As the aerial photograph shows, the long warehouse roof was fitted with panels in neat rows along both roof slopes, making full use of the available roof area above a busy heavy-equipment yard. The metal roof takes a non-penetrative clamp-on mounting system that keeps the roof watertight.

At 257.40 kWp, the system generates an estimated 322,000 kWh of clean electricity a year, cutting the facility's daytime grid draw. Surplus generation is exported under Singapore's Simplified Credit Treatment (SCT) scheme.

The installation was completed by Rezeca's in-house team of solar engineers and WSH-certified installers, with all electrical work endorsed by a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) and registered with SP Group. Rezeca has installed solar across Singapore since 2009, with more than 1,500 installations and 45+ MWp to date.
