266.88 kWp commercial solar PV system on a building at Alexandra Road, Queenstown, Singapore. Metal roof, long-row layout. Commissioned 2024.

Rezeca Renewables installed a 266.88 kWp solar PV system on a commercial building at Alexandra Road, in the Queenstown area of Singapore. The system was commissioned in 2024.

As the aerial photograph shows, the panels are laid in long rows across the building's metal roof, arranged around a central line of air-handling units and other rooftop plant. The layout makes full use of the roof while leaving clear access for servicing the equipment.

At 266.88 kWp, the system generates an estimated 334,000 kWh of clean electricity a year, offsetting a large share of the building's daytime load. Surplus generation is exported under Singapore's Simplified Credit Treatment (SCT) scheme.

The installation was completed by Rezeca's in-house team of solar engineers and WSH-certified installers, with all electrical work endorsed by a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) and registered with SP Group. Rezeca has installed solar across Singapore since 2009, with more than 1,500 installations and 45+ MWp to date.
