Recognising Our People: Staff Appreciation Day 2026

In 2026, the Rezeca team came together for our annual Staff Appreciation Day. The focus of the day was recognition: taking time to celebrate the people whose work stands behind every installation.

This year's award recipients

We presented the Outstanding Growth Award 2025 to Dixon Chen, in recognition of sustained excellence and meaningful contribution to the company's growth through residential sales. Dixon is a familiar name to many of our landed-home customers, and the award reflects the trust he has helped build.

The Excellence in Service Award went to Su Eaindra Htun, in recognition of quiet, consistent excellence in technical support that keeps our customers coming back. It is the kind of steady, behind-the-scenes work that customers feel long after their system is switched on.

Making something together

After the awards, the rest of the team tried our hands at weaving our own bags. It turned out to be trickier than it looked. More than one of the guys joked that installing solar panels is easier than getting the weave right, and not every bag made it to the finish line. But that was the point. People helped each other untangle their mistakes, laughed at the wonky rows, and took a proper break from the day to day.

Moments like these are a small window into how we work the rest of the year. We are a close-knit team that pitches in, covers for one another and stays for the long haul. That harmony is not an accident, it is built over time, and it is what lets us support customers well long after a system is switched on.

Why recognition matters

Awards are more than an internal moment. Solar is a long-term relationship, often 25 years or more, and the same in-house team that designs and installs your system is the one that supports it afterwards. Celebrating and keeping people who do careful, honest work is part of what makes Rezeca dependable, now with more than 1,500 installations and over 45 MWp across Singapore since 2009.
