Rezeca Renewables installed a 7.35 kWp solar PV system on a landed home at Greenleaf Drive, in the Sixth Avenue area of Bukit Timah, Singapore. The system was commissioned in 2019.

The panels sit in a compact array across the home's metal roof, sized to the household's needs, with a non-penetrative clamp-on mounting that keeps the roof watertight.

At 7.35 kWp, the system generates an estimated 9,200 kWh of clean electricity a year, covering a good share of the household's consumption. Surplus generation is exported under Singapore's Simplified Credit Treatment (SCT) scheme.

The installation was completed by Rezeca's in-house team of solar engineers and WSH-certified installers, with all electrical work endorsed by a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) and registered with SP Group.
