Rezeca Renewables installed an 89.25 kWp solar PV system on a Good Class Bungalow at Cluny Hill, in the Tanglin area beside the Singapore Botanic Gardens. The system was commissioned in 2023.
The home's expansive white metal roof called for a multi-array design. As the aerial photograph shows, our engineers distributed the panels across several roof faces, working around skylights, a rooftop service deck and a bank of air-conditioning condensers, to achieve near-full coverage while keeping the layout clean and orderly. The light standing-seam metal roof takes a clamp-on mounting system with no roof penetration, so there is no risk to the roof's waterproofing or warranty.
At 89.25 kWp, the system generates an estimated 111,500 kWh of clean electricity a year. That is enough to cover a substantial share of the energy-intensive lifestyle of a bungalow this size, from multi-zone air-conditioning and pool filtration to EV charging. Surplus generation is exported to the grid under Singapore's Simplified Credit Treatment (SCT) scheme, earning credits on the homeowner's SP Group electricity bill.

The installation was completed by Rezeca's in-house team of solar engineers and WSH-certified installers, with all electrical work endorsed by a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) and registered with SP Group. Rezeca has installed solar for landed homes and businesses across Singapore since 2009, with more than 1,500 installations and 45+ MWp to date.
