Rezeca Renewables installed a 24 kWp solar PV system on a contemporary landed home at Berrima Road, in the Watten Estate and Bukit Timah area of Singapore. The system was commissioned in 2015.
As the aerial photograph shows, the panels are arranged across the home's main dark pitched roof, alongside a rooftop terrace, sitting almost flush with the dark roofing for a low-profile finish. The mounting fixes to the metal roof without penetration.
At 24 kWp, the system generates an estimated 30,000 kWh of clean electricity a year, covering a large share of the household's consumption. Surplus generation is exported under Singapore's Simplified Credit Treatment (SCT) scheme.

The installation was completed by Rezeca's in-house team of solar engineers and WSH-certified installers, with all electrical work endorsed by a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) and registered with SP Group. Rezeca has installed solar across Singapore since 2009, with more than 1,500 installations and 45+ MWp to date.
