Rezeca Renewables installed an 8.45 kWp solar PV system on a terrace home at Springside Avenue, in the Upper Thomson area of Singapore. The system was commissioned in 2021.

The panels are laid across the dark-tiled pitched roof of the terrace home, making the most of the available roof area in this modern Springside estate.

At 8.45 kWp, the system generates an estimated 10,600 kWh of clean electricity a year, covering a good share of a typical household's consumption. Surplus generation is exported under Singapore's Simplified Credit Treatment (SCT) scheme.

The installation was completed by Rezeca's in-house team of solar engineers and WSH-certified installers, with all electrical work endorsed by a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) and registered with SP Group.
