Rezeca Renewables installed a 10.26 kWp solar PV system on a landed home at Dunbar Walk, in the Frankel Estate area of Singapore's east coast. The system was commissioned in 2018.

The panels are arranged across the home's pitched tile roof faces, sized to the household's needs and the available roof area.

At 10.26 kWp, the system generates an estimated 12,800 kWh of clean electricity a year, covering a good share of the household's consumption. Surplus generation is exported under Singapore's Simplified Credit Treatment (SCT) scheme.

The installation was completed by Rezeca's in-house team of solar engineers and WSH-certified installers, with all electrical work endorsed by a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) and registered with SP Group.
