District 04, covering Harbourfront, Telok Blangah and Sentosa, includes coastal, salt-exposed sites that call for corrosion-resistant solar mounting, alongside landed homes on Sentosa Cove and commercial rooftops. Rezeca Renewables has worked in this area since 2009, including on Sentosa. Pricing depends on the building: landed homes typically run S$1,200 to S$2,000 per kWp, while larger commercial rooftops achieve lower per-kWp costs at scale.
Every roof is quoted individually. Homes are sized to the roof and household load, and commercial rooftops to the building. At the 2026 SP tariff of about 34.78 cents per kWh including GST, most of the saving comes from offsetting daytime use, with excess exported for a credit. Ask us for an itemised proposal with a full ROI projection at no cost.
We installed an 88.43 kWp system on the metal roofs of Skyline Luge at Siloso Beach, Sentosa, saving in the region of S$35,400 a year. Our in-house team handles design, installation and connection, so the workmanship and accountability stay with one company.
Waterfront sites face salt-mist and UV exposure. We use marine-grade, corrosion-resistant mounting and IP67-rated panels engineered for Singapore's climate, so performance holds over the long term.
We handle the whole journey: a free assessment and custom proposal, the EMA application, Licensed Electrical Worker certification and SP Group bi-directional meter, installation by our in-house team, and handover with monitoring. Contact us for a free site assessment of your District 04 property.
The installations shown here are a small selection that we were able to photograph and feature with our customers' consent. Rezeca Renewables has completed many more projects in this area and across Singapore since 2009.
