District 20, Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Marymount and Thomson, mixes landed homes with central neighbourhoods, and is home to Rezeca's own office at MAPEX on Jalan Pemimpin. Rezeca Renewables has installed rooftop solar on homes around Bishan and Marymount since 2009. A landed system here typically costs S$1,200 to S$2,000 per kWp, and most homes recover the cost in three to six years, after which the power is close to free for the life of the system.
Every roof is quoted individually, but as a 2026 guide: a terrace house usually takes around 6 to 12 kWp and a semi-detached home around 12 to 20 kWp, from roughly S$8,000 upward depending on size, roof type and equipment. At the 2026 SP tariff of about 34.78 cents per kWh including GST, most of the saving comes from offsetting daytime use, with excess exported for a credit. Use our savings calculator, or ask us for an itemised proposal with a full 30-year projection at no cost.
We have installed on Jalan Pemimpin, minutes from our MAPEX office, including Pemimpin Place and Pemimpin Terrace, on tile and RC roofs. Our in-house team handles design, installation and connection, so the workmanship and accountability stay with one company.
Homes here sit on tile, metal and RC roofs. We use custom-fabricated mounting for each roof type, engineered for no leaks and a clean finish, and design each system around your roof's shape, orientation and shading.
We handle the whole journey: a free assessment and custom proposal, the EMA application, Licensed Electrical Worker certification and SP Group bi-directional meter, installation by our in-house team in about one to two weeks, and handover with monitoring on your phone. Drop by our MAPEX office or book a free site assessment for your District 20 home.
The installations shown here are a small selection that we were able to photograph and feature with our customers' consent. Rezeca Renewables has completed many more projects in this area and across Singapore since 2009.
