Rezeca Renewables installed a 39.20 kWp solar PV system on a large landed home at Chiltern Drive, in the Serangoon area of Singapore. The system was commissioned in 2018.

The panels sit in rows across the home's metal roof, fixed with a non-penetrative clamp-on mounting that protects the roof's waterproofing.

At 39.20 kWp, the system generates an estimated 49,000 kWh of clean electricity a year, covering much of a large household's consumption. Surplus generation is exported under Singapore's Simplified Credit Treatment (SCT) scheme.

The installation was completed by Rezeca's in-house team of solar engineers and WSH-certified installers, with all electrical work endorsed by a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) and registered with SP Group.
